Looking out of the window, I see new snow on the ground, and listening to the news flip-flopping on whether there will be more in "Wave 2" and "Wave 3". The last of the Kermit maintenance items is sitting on the
workbench waiting to be installed on the bike (brake shoes). I noticed the map on my blog, and started to think - where will I go this year?
Up around the great lakes, through NY, VT, NH, ME? Hills and History abound on this route. Or maybe West, through IL, IA, NE, KS, MO? Flat lands, long stretches of road flowing into the sunset. Both routes can have amazing food and even more amazing people to meet.
